Robby this is dan from new haven CT....Just wanted to stop in and say whats up and also let you know i stumbled across your website and blog a few weeks ago and have become remotivated and inspired to train again and upgrade my min dset and nutrition regiman and ive learned so much just from reading your blogs and i also plan on ordering the BUILT dvd set.
