Robby,
Arnold was filming in Birmingham, AL. His visit to Tampa was a sell out. This was a glorious day for me.

Friends,
I was able to clean house, wash clothes, and wash the dog. These were virtually impossible 3 months ago. I hope to continue improvement.

Robby,
I feel honored that my wife Gery, and myself are helping with the editing of your autobiography. It is an aspiring tale of a young, poor black bringing himself to the pinnacle of success. It will transcend bodybuilding and inspire many. I cannot wait until it becomes available. You, the general public should be clamoring to get this book.

Robby, and friends,
I went to the Dr. yesterday for my Quarterly evaluation. In just three months time I have gone fron Osteopenia to having a normal bone density. However, while there I picked up a book, 100 questions about Myeloma. According to the book I should be dead or dying. It made me so depressed I wanted to quit. However, because my friend Robby and my wife talked about how well I was doing, I should only think positive thoughts. That is all I will allow, I tild my wife to throw the book away, I did not even want to see it. I will get better, I am better.

Friends,
I have never been as close to suicide as I was yesterday. The Myeloma book really devastated me. However, I have a spiritual brother named Robby Robinson, and a beautiful wife who made me feel wanted. I want to live. I will get better! I love you my brother Robby, and my wife Gery.

I love you!

Robby's supplement regimen is best answered by him. All I can say is that it worked. I continue to improve. I have gone from a walker, to a wheeled rollator, and cane, to where I can walk without a cane. I have a Ph.D in Physiology, and if anyone was going to be skeptical it would have been me. I have seen the changes personally.

I am so very happy for you and the progress you're making. I am 34 years old and just now learning about the power of quality food and muscle development. Time and time again, I am finding that God's green earth yields so many healing agents that our society knows nothing about.Cancer and other life-threatening diseases are brought on by environmental products and lifestyle choices.
Thanks for sharing your story.
When I traveled on a research boat in Central and South America I saw many herbal medicines. Many of those are still not widely used because of MONEY. I was on the research team that isolated Interferon in 1965, it just recently became used. Why? We should have conquered Cancer years ago, but there is morey money in treatment rather than prevention.

It's interesting that you wrote about curing cancer. Recently, I saw a documentary called "The Beautiful Truth." The movie was decent but very informative. I learned about Gerson and his vegan remedy for cancer patients.
Gerson's wife and son carry on the business of helping people but do so in Mexico. Mrs. Gerson said that the medical industry makes too much money on drugs and sickness that these companies do not want to see a cure.
According to actual patients, the coffee enema and vegan meal plans cured cancers that the doctors simply wrote off as uncureable. Many patients were told to go home and die.
Seeing that vegetables and legumes, for one, are life giving. I want to take care of myself and family today so we all can live healthy and long lives together.

Thank you very much! I cannot tell you how excited I am to be in this position. I get to learn from two great and experienced people. Keep doing the awesome job that you're doing and know that I, and others, are accepting the knowledge you share.
Have a wonderful day!
To update you on my progress: I did 200 Crunch's, Rode my bike 2 miles, went to the dog park with my dog, and have actually cut my painkillers in half. It may not sound like much, but after what I have been through it is like climbing Mt. Everest. Think only positive thoughts.
