YOUR PERSONAL HEALTH CARE SHOULD BE A MAJOR IMPORTANCE. YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT - DOWN TO OUR DNA AND THE FIBER OF OUR BEING. ONE OF THE BEST WAYS TO IMPROVE YOUR OWN PERSONAL HEALTH CARE IS TO EAT WELL, EXERCISE, GET CHECKUPS AND PUT A LOT OF SELF-INTEREST INTO YOUR MENTAL AWARENESS. THAT WILL EMPOWER YOU AND HELP THE HEALTH CARE SYSTEM AS A WHOLE. AVOIDING HVY SEASONED FOODS, SUGAR AND WHITE FLOUR IS PARAMOUNT.

This is so very true! I have not seen a doctor for an illness for decades due to this approach. Positive mindset, Pro-active approach to your well being in all ways, and Self-aware....equals taking care of your health.
