Robby,
I am experiencing a slump as of this moment. My daily routine of pool exercise is now tiresome. I have now changed my workout, to include bicycle riding. I was actually surprised at how easy it was to ride my bike. I have improved, but change is good.

That is so true, I have always found to take a couple of days off and then go back into the gym focusing on light weights, working on getting a pump only. Doing this for a fortnight allows me to get over any niggles but more importantly gives me a break mentally.
