What advice do you have for people with high, over 20%, body fat who are trying to get lean? I feel like everywhere I turn I read or hear that I need to drop my carbs low if I want to really finally get lean.

IF I WAS 20% BODY FAT: I WOULD IMMEDIATELY TAKE THE TIME TO COME OFF! SUGAR, REMOVE ALL-PROCESSED FOODS FROM MY EATING HABITS, EAT ON TIME EVERY 2 TO 3 HRS, DRINK 12 GLASSES OF WATER A DAY. EAT MORE VEGGIES, ACHIEVE A GOOD NIGHTS REST.7-8 HR SLEEP A NIGHT. EAT SMALLER MEALS THROUGH OUT THE DAY. CHALLENGE MY SELF TO SET A HIGHER STANDARD.BECAUSE YOUR HEALTH SHOULD BE IMPORTANT TO YOU.
