Two great photo shots.
Since posing in itself is a great workout, did you decrease the # of sets per workout since you where doing so much extra posing?

BY HOLDING EACH POSE FOR 15 TO 20 SECONDS TWICE A DAY WHEN PREPARING FOR COMPETITIONS IS THE METHOD I HAVE FOLLOWED THIS OLD SCHOOL TECHNIQUE FOR 45 YEARS. IF YOU FOLLOW THIS ROUTINE 1 MONTH BEFORE COMPETITIONS; HITTING THE 7 MANDATORY POSES TWICE A DAY NO ONE WOULD BEAT YOU. DURING MY 27 YEARS CAREER, POSING WAS MY SECRET FOR GETTING IN DIAMOND HARD MUSCULAR SHAPE.
