BUT THEY SHOULD STILL PERFORM LIGHT SQUATS ON THEIR LIGHT TRAINING DAY CYCLE WORKING UP TO 275 / 300.
OTHERWISE - ONLY USING THE LEG PRESS - YOU WON'T DEVELOP THE APPETITE FOR HARD WORK.

RICH, I DO BOTH AT THE SAME TIME: SQUATS AND LEGS PRESS ON HVY DAY QUAD WORK . ON REP DAYS. I DO REVERSE HACKS, LEG EXTENSIONS, STIFF LEGGED DEAD-LIFTS, LEG CURLS, SISSY SQUATS AND LUNGES.
