LET’S NOT FORGET ABOUT THE WOMEN - THEY ESPECIALLY NEED TO TAKE IN ADEQUATE PROTEIN, GRAIN BREADS, PASTA , BROWN RICE, FRUITS AND VEGGIES. 

SLOWLY COME DOWN OFF THE SUGAR AND PROCESSED FOODS AVOIDING EMPTY CALORIES. FORGET THE FRIED FOODS AND DUMP THE WHITE BREAD. 

INSTEAD OF GOING COLD TURKEY, MAKE SMALL CHANGES TO GET THE BODY AND MIND USED TO MAKING MORE CHANGES. PEOPLE DON’T LIKE TO BE TOLD THEY CAN’T HAVE SOMETHING AND THIS IS WHERE MOST FALL OFF THEIR GOOD EATING PROGRAMS.

TOO STRICT HAS ITS FAILURES

IT’S OK TO WEIGHT YOURSELF ONCE A MONTH, IF LOSING WEIGHT OR GAINING MUSCLE WEIGHT IS YOUR GOAL, BUT SCALES DON’T TELL THE WHOLE STORY ABOUT BODY COMPOSITION. 

HEED TO SLOW WEIGHT LOSS WHILE THE MUSCLE BUILDING PROCESS TAKES OVER. SET APPROPRIATE GOALS. WHEN THOSE HAVE BEEN ACHIEVED, SET SOME MORE.

Robby,
Guess what I ate yesterday? Sauteed Scallops/Olive oil and Garlic over Brocooli.
I remember once I was eating Chicken (Fried) next to an old Black man, he promptly told me I ate chicken like a white man. I thought about this, and realized I was a white man. He would eat chicken right to the bone.

That's so true about making small changes at a time. So many people I know go on a strict diet and are gorging within days.....

Gotta go, chicken on the grill (and it's only 7am!!)
