WELL INTO MY 20'S, I WAS EATING NECK BONES AND RICE, COLLARD GREENS AND CORN BREAD, AND PLEASE  -- PASS ME A THICK PIECE OF THAT ALLIGATOR TAIL.

WHEN YOU SLASH THE FAT OUT OF YOUR EATING PLAN (DIET), IT BECOMES MORE DIFFICULT TO LOSE FAT, TESTOSTERONE LEVELS DROP, INSULIN FUNCTION GOES WACKY, FORGET ABOUT MUSCLE GROWTH AND LOSS OF ENERGY.

THE BAD RAP FATS GET IN THE MEDIA CAUSES MOST OF US TO THROW FAT ON THE TRAIN TRACK.

SATURATED FATS ARE SOLID AT ROOM TEMPERATURE. LIKE CRISCO AND ITS THE CURD THAT CAN LEAD TO A NUMBER OF HEART DISEASES, INSULIN RESISTANCE AND EVEN A GREATER LIKELY HOOD OF GAINING BODY-FAT, EVEN IF YOUR TOTAL CALORIES ARE THE SAME AS SOMEONE ON A LOW-SATURATED FAT DIET.
