I miss your old web page answering questions from your fans but understand time constraints you may have had. Please mention vitamins in your blog; your thoughts if they work and if so what are the "essential" ones to take? I read an article recently stating there is no scientific proof they help. Are eating the right foods just enough to get those extra gains? Many are now cutting back because of the economy. What gains can we make on a tight budget? Thanks for guidance!!

I have trained many women, Lisa Elliott, Jana Dumond, Kerri Keenan, Lisa Nawrocki. They were all champions. You are correct they are excellent training partners, you do not seem to compete as you would with a man. They are remarkable.

The best training partner I ever had was Lisa Elliott. This was also the best shape I was ever in.
She definitely was a world class athlete. I also remember women such as Margo Weil, Tammy Baltz who were also good, if not great.
