The difference between a med. poached egg and a fried egg is 81 cal vs. 150 cal for the fried egg. A whopping difference.

Hey Robby. I love these lists, but why do you say tuna in oil is unhealthy? Tuna (a fish) and olive oil are both healthy and healing, so why would they be unhealthy together? I ask because I consume tuna packed in olive oil regularly as lunch at work. I just open a can and put it over a nice salad, no dressing required.
No black pepper?
