RR, You are so righ on about being my over 60 role model! You are my go-to source for all things I can be sure are time tested strategies. You are living proof that proper nutrition, exercise, and supplementation work wonders, and you're one of the few that I feel totally comfortable emulating. I know taht if I try to follow in your path, it is the right one for health, longevity, and peace of mind.

You are obviously doing something right Robby. Agree with all you have said. Just would emphasize that there is more & more data supporting the idea that emotional stress may be one of the biggest health killers. Not only do we need to eat well, supplement our diets & exercise, but we need to find healthy ways to manage stress in our lives.

Robby. Just curious what your thoughts are on coconut oil? I'm sure you know that it's all the rage these days, due to its high level of medium chain triglycerides and lauric acid. Or, do you still think flax, cod liver, and olive oils should be the oils of choice?

By the way. I made your beef stew last night for dinner and had one of the best nights' sleep I've ever had, followed by one of the best workouts I've ever had. This is now going to be an atleast twice weekly ritual of mine. I've named RR's Anabolic Stew, cause, it's well, it's obviously one of the most anaoblic meals I've ever had.
