IN MANY ASPECTS TO BE OVERWEIGHT AND WANTING TO SHED
SOME POUNDS
I HAVE SPOKEN WITH SEVERAL SUCH PERSONS TO FIND THEY QUIT THE GYM IN PART BECAUSE THEY SENSES THEY DON’T FIT IN.
REASONS BEING PEOPLE WERE ALWAYS STARING AT THEM OR JUDGING THEIR 250 TO 300 LB BODIES.
REASONS BEING PEOPLE WERE ALWAYS STARING AT THEM OR JUDGING THEIR 250 TO 300 LB BODIES.
MY ADVISE FOR PERSONS 30 OR MORE POUNDS OVERWEIGHT IS -
START YOUR WORK
OUTSIDE OF THE GYM
BY WALKING AND ADOPTING
THE RIGHT EATING HABITS
REACHING THE OBESE AND OVERWEIGHT
SHOULD BE GYM'S TOP PRIORITY
FOR THE OVERWEIGHT OBESE GYM TRAINEE,
THE HARDEST THING IS
GETTING THROUGH THE DOOR
AND MOVING FORWARD...

Awesome advice Robby.
When I see an overweight person at the gym, I don't look down on them, I admire them for trying to change themselves.I always tell them positive comments when I see them losing weight or being consistent in workouts.
That's what it's all about, right?
Rock on!

What FJ said X2. You have to start somewhere. I do try to talk to men and women who are struggling and offer positive support. I do admit at the gyms you are surrounded mostly by fit individuals. Another problem they face is diet. It's a tough road to be iron willed on eating. Something we all struggle with.
As I'm learning from you Robby, it really takes positive thinking and moving your mind forward - not backwards to what you could have done, but to what you are going to do right now. That is the difference.
Really loving your Anabolic pack and your words of wisdom. Thank you my friend.

It reminds me of a woman that was ashamed to go to SHAPES an all womans gym. They all wore spandex etc, and she definitely could not.
She weighed 340 lbs. I asked her to write down everything she ate, or put in her mouth. Her comment to me was "I do not eat meals". When she brought in her results she was actually consuming over 5000 cal. She was determined, so I would meet her at the gym at 5 am. In just one year she was down to 147 and still retains that weight. She has learned to eat right, and live well.

I also have to mention Passariello.
He was 5'2" and 308lbs when Hulk Hogan introduced him to me. In two years he won the 154lb class in the AAU America, and the weight class in the Universe. Hard work and determination like Robby has can make these things happen.

Yes some gyms make you feel out of place I went to a popular gym to join I didn't like the vibe at all then I noticed one open like 5mins from my house very reasonable rates and pvt kinda gym but they actually do what a gym should help you teach you how to eat and train
