Hello robby thanks for the video on one of your muscle building meals. Can you put every meal that you eat every 2-3 hours on your blog including your pre and post workout meal along with your meals threw out the day. Thanks this is johnny keeping in touch.

It's obvious that the key to Robby's past and continued success as a body-builder is his discipline both in & out of the gym. That kind of discipline separates the elite from the hopefuls.

Great video Robby, this is what we need to know on how to make meals with correct portions of starches, veggies and protein. It inspired me, now I'm trying to make my meals look like this. Keep up the good work, thanks!!
