I just finished my book "Use It, Nourish It, Keep It which will be on sale on Amazon and Kindle. It is comprised with over 30 years of notes taken during seminars, and persona research. It was inspired by people like Robby that have been able to maintain their fitness into their 60's. You should have this book in your library.

Years ago it was a big thing to follow the "Skinner Method" which said to chew your food 22 times. An amazing amount of absorption occurs in the mouth. However, this chewing style is almost impossible in todays world. We are gulpers, we almost do not chew our food.

I owned a gym for almost 30 years. If I had to pick the most conspicuous error it was the fact that almost 99% of the customers did everything wrong. Advice from people like Robby is invaluable. They can help you do exercises correctly, and in proper order. They can tell you what muscles they work. It certainly would be great to gleam from his years of knowledge.

My first coach owned Tampa Health Gym. His name was Larry "Dick" Fudge. At the time Jim Haislop, Frank Zane, and I were under his guidance. He never told us how good we were, but pointed out our weak points instead. Jim won the Mr. America, Frank the Olympia, and I a small time also-ran. But Dick really taught me how to train others, to spot their weak points, and to be honest abouth their potential no matter how there feelings might be hurt. He saved some people a lot of time and effort. That is how you should look at Robby's training. He can show you your weak pints, tell you how to train correctly, and hopefully point you in the right direction. Take advantage of his expertise.
