I WAS AMAZED SEEING MY FIRST STRAINS OF GRAY HAIR AT 55 BUT ORGANIC HERBS AND SUPPLEMENTATION HAVE PLAYED A HUGE HAND IN REVERSING MY AGING. I ASKED MYSELF WHAT CAUSES AGING, CONSIDERED BY MANY TO BE THE UNCONTROLLABLE PASSAGE OF TIME.

THE COUNTDOWN TO THE AFTERMATH DAVE AND I BOTH TOOK OUR TRAINING TO ANOTHER LEVEL 2010. IT WAS FUN TO WORK SO CLOSE WITH ANOTHER PERSON EVEN THOUGH WE LIVE 3000 MILES APART. 

DAVID’S THE PERFECT TRAINING PARTNER BECAUSE HE DESIRES TO ACHIEVE EXCELLENCE IN A HEALTHY WAY. YOU CAN BE MOTIVATED BY SOMEONE ELSE’S SENSE OF VISION. DAVID'S ATTITUDE AND RESPECT FOR THE GAME IS CONTAGIOUS. YOU COULD FEEL HIS HUNGER FOR KNOWLEDGE AND HIS WILL TO OUT DO HIMSELF. 

LOOKING AT THE FIRST PHOTO OF DAVID ON MY BLOG, YOU ARE PROBABLY SAYING, YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. BUT AS THIS MOUND OF CLAY STARTS TO TAKE SHAPE YOU RAVE AT THE EFFORT AND HARD WORK THIS KNIGHT OF THE IRON-GAME PLACED UPON HIS SHOULDERS. NOTHING MAKES ME FEEL PROUDER THAN TO HAVE SOMEONE I WORKED WITH TAKE THEIR PHYSIQUE DEVELOPMENT TO ANOTHER LEVEL. 

FOR NINETY DAYS WE TALKED TWICE A WEEK, ATE THE SAME FOODS, FOLLOWED THE SAME SUPPLEMENT PROGRAMS, TACKLED THE SAME ROUTINES AND SHARED OUR UP AND DOWN DAYS TOGETHER. WHEN WE HIT THE SAME CROSSED ROADS WITH THE FOOD. ME WOULD MAKE CHANGES. BUT IN THE END WE BOTH ACHIEVED OUR GOALS OF A MORE MUSCULAR PHYSIQUE. 

WHEN I GET REQUESTS FROM CLIENTS WHO WANT TO TAKE THE 90 DAY CHALLENGE WHOM I KNOW ARE NOT IN THE SHAPE NEEDED TO MEET THE DEMANDS, I SUGGEST THEY START WITH MY ANABOLIC PROGRAM TO GET IN SHAPE. IF POSSIBLE EVEN A TRIP OUT TO VENICE FOR MY 4 DAY MASTER CLASS. 

DAVID IS A BODYBUILDER'S BODYBUILDER, LIKE MYSELF. NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE ESPECIALLY IF I HAVE NOT HAD A GO AT THE CHALLENGE YET! THATS WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THE GAME. WHAT MAKES BODYBUILDING SO SPECIAL IS THAT IT'S A 365 DAY A YEAR DARE AND RISK. THAT'S WHY I WANT TO CHALLENGE MY MINDSET BY PREPARING FOR THE WORLD MASTER 2011 IN MIAMI, FLA. 

DAVID INSPIRED ME WITH HIS SUCCESS. PLUS IT WILL BE FUN AND EXCITING. I’M ALREADY IN LEAN MUSCULAR SHAPE. MY GOAL IS TO BE IN COMPETITION SHAPE, DROP DEAD STUNNING, BIG, AND THICK. MY MINDSET IS TO BE A MUSCULAR ANATOMY CHART ONCE ON STAGE UNDER THE LIGHTS, WITH ALL OF TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA, INCLUDING MY FAMILY IN TOWN TO SEE THEIR HERO. 

YOU CAN’T IMAGINE THIS OTHER-WORLDLY, ZONE MINDSET I’M IN AT THIS TIME WITH 13 MONTHS TO GO. MY GOAL IS TO BUILD MORE MUSCLE ON TOP OF THIS LEAN MUSCLE MACHINE. THE KNIGHT AND MYSELF ARE HEADING INTO A 6 MONTH TRAINING PLAN. WE WILL KEEP YOU IN THE LOOP AS WE PUSH TO THE OUTER-LIMITS. 

TURNING 65 THIS MAY, MY GOAL FOR THIS YEAR IS TO PUSH MY BODY TO ANOTHER LEVEL. AGE AIN'T GOT NOTHIN TO DO WITH IT! THIS 2011 WORLD MASTER EVENT IS MY STAGE AND SHOWCASE. AS CONTEST PROMOTOR JARKA SAID ABOUT MY APPEARANCE ON HER FACE BOOK WALL, “I’M THE TROPHY ON TOP OF THE CAKE.”

THEY ASKED ME TO START A SUPPLEMENTATION PROGRAM WHICH WOULD ENCOURAGE CELLS AND ALL MY BODY SYSTEMS TOWARD REGENERATING THEMSELVES MORE AS WELL AS TO SUPPORT MY HIGH INTENSITY WEIGHT TRAINING HABITS. THIS PROGRAM WAS THE FOUNDATION OF MY RECOVERY TO WHERE I AM TODAY .
