WILL WANTED TO FEEL THE FIRE. HIS FIRST CHOICE OF BODY PARTS WAS CHEST AND BICEPSTHE FIRST EXERCISE FOR BICEPS WAS STANDING CURLSWE ALTERNATED THESE WITH SEATED SCOTT BENCH CURLS

MAKING SMALL CHANGES IN HIS BODY POSITION AND ASKING HIM TO FOCUS ON MAKING A BALL EACH TIME HE CONTRACTED THE BICEPS AT THE TOP, WAS ALL THAT WE NEEDED TO PUSH HIS BICEPS STRAIGHT INTO THE PAIN ZONE. 

COME SEPT 2010, WE WILL AGAIN CHASE EACH OTHER FOR 4 DAYS IN MY MASTER CLASS. BIG WILL AND THE BLACK PRINCE WILL DO BATTLE ON THE IRON PILE AGAIN. DESTINATION - GOLD’S GYM AND MARINA FITNESS.

Hello Robby, absolutely fantastic to hear from you.

Hope you are doing well. Best wishes for a great Christmas & 2010.

I will be traveling overseas for the next 7 weeks, but when I return I will be purchasing a RR7 pack.

Training is going great, it has been just over 12 months since I saw you and personally am very, very proud of what I have achieved.....all thanks to spending 1/2 day with you. You have changed my life.

I have attached a couple of recent workout pics that show my progress....feel free to use them on your blog.

Will be attending the 2010 O...I will be in touch shortly to see if I can do the 3 day camp with you at around the same time.
