DR-C,FJ- I'M A CONSTANT EXPERIMENT WITH MY OWN PHYSIQUE.I WANT EVERYONE WHO IS A PART OF MY TEAM TO GET THE BEST INFORMATION OUT THERE. MY GOAL THIS YEAR IS TO ACHIEVE CONTEST SHAPE BY THIS SUMMER WHEN MY MASTER CLASS TRAINEES START THEIR 4-5 DAY- SESSIONS. I'M TOTALLY FOCUSED. TODAY WAS LEG DAY 1,100 LBS FOR 20 REPS -NICE AND SLOW. THE BURN WAS TO THE BONE. CONTEST SHAPE IS WHAT I WANT TO ACHIEVE. BOTH YOUR SUPPORT ARE APPRECIATED.
GREAT BATTLES PHIL AND I HAD BACK IN THE DAY. WALKING THE STAIRS WAS THE ONLY AEROBIC I WAS DOING. NOTHIN' LIKE THOSE STAIRS. THEY TAKE YOUR BREATHE AWAY.

DR G AEROBIC FOR ME IS THE BASE OF MY MAINTAINING SUCH CONDITIONING. 3 TIMES A WEEK 15 T 20 MINUTES: 1 MINUTE FLAT- 1 MINUTE LEVEL 20.

Robby, huge fan of yours. I love the openness of your blog and your dedication to answering questions and connecting with your fans.

Do you have any advice for achieving low body fat levels for someone who eats clean every day, lifts every day and has overall decent muscularity but cannot seem to get rid of fat around his waist, sides and lower back?

I feel like eating clean (6 meals a day, high protein, not high on carbs) and working out (I'm not currently doing cardio) should be enough, but the spare tire will not go away. I've never seen my abs but want to :(. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

CHRIS ,THANKS ,MEAL TIMING PLAY'S A HUGE ROLE IN LOSING FAT IN THOSE AREAS. IF YOU DRINK 8-OZS OF WATER 30 MINUTES BEFORE EACH MEAL. THIS WILL TRIGGER YOUR METABOLISM/DIGESTIVE SYSTEM.. YOU HAVE MAKE THE CHANGES. IF YOU REALLY DESIRE TO GET MORE RESULTS. FROM ALL YOUR HARD WORK IN THE GYM. ONE DAY A WEEK GO TO THE GYM. WALK THE TREADMILL FOR 15 MINUTES ON A EMPTY STOMACH. THIS WILL ALSO WILL INCREASE THE FAT BURN MUSCLE BUILDING PROCESS. BUT YOU EAT A GOOD HEALTHY MEAL TO RESTORE BALANCE.
