I BELIEVE IN SPREADING MY PROTEIN OVER 6/8 MEALS. EATING ANY THING LESS THAN THAT

I’M AMAZED WHEN I HEAR THE TALK SURROUNDING GETTING IN SHAPE AND CREATING A MORE MUSCULAR PHYSIQUE.
HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO THINK A CALORIE IS A CALORIE OR THAT THE BODY WILL TAKE CARE OF ITSELF?
THE COFFEE DRINKING AND SPONGY FOOD EATING HABITS AND THE IRRESISTIBLE HOLD OF PHARMACOLOGICAL DRUGS THAT HAVE AMERICANS HYPNOTIZED HAS CONTRIBUTED TO THE DECLINE OF THE POWER OF THE AMERICAN DOMINANCE WHEN IT COMES TO BEING THE HEALTHIEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD, EVEN SPORT ATHLETES PERFORMANCES.
