GOOD MORNING SIR,IM DILIP SINGH FROM INDIA IM 23 YRS OLD THOUGH IM NOT AWARE OF GOLDEN ERA OF BODYBUILDING OF 70S-80S,RECENTLY I SAW U R VIDEO AT 1981 OLYMPIA I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED.


SIR IM REALLY COFUSED ABOUT THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF PROTEIN FOR MUSCLE BUILDING.CAN U SUGGEST ME HOW MUCH PROTEIN DO I NEED TO CONSUME DAILY.


IM 6 FT TALL I WEIGH 220 POUNDS SIR,I HAVE WORKING OUT FOR 6 MONTHS NOW
