WHEN I WAS YOUNGER, LIKE MANY BODYBUILDERS AND GYM RATS LIKE MYSELF WERE KIND OF SUSPICIOUS OF ANYTHING THAT WAS A VITAMIN SUPPLEMENT. I WAS SKEPTICAL OF ANYTHING IN CAPSULES, POWDERS IN CANS, PLASTIC CONTAINERS WAS NOT ON MY LIST OF ITEMS I WOULD CONSIDER TO CONSUME AS A FOOD SOURCE. 

WHOLE NATURAL ORGANIC FOODS WERE MY FUEL OF CHOICE:
  • STEAK AND POTATOES 3 TIMES A DAY, 
  • 2 TIMES A DAY 1/2 BAKED CHICKEN STEAMED VEGGIES

AT LEAST, I HAD A GREAT EATING FOUNDATION SET SINCE I WAS A KID.

BUT AS ONE AGES THE BODY’S STRUCTURE STARTS TO ALTER ITSELF IN SHAPE, CELLULAR AND GIRTH. I BECAME DETERMINED TO USE MY BODY AND MINDSET AS AN EXPERIMENTAL LANDMARK.

AFTER WINNING THE MASTERS IN '94, AND THEN RETIRING IN 2001 FROM COMPETITIVE BODYBUILDING, THINGS TOOK A TURN. I WAS TOLD BY MY HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS THAT MY DNA LEVELS SUCH AS ZINC, AMINO ACIDS, MINERALS, ENZYMES WERE AT ALARMINGLY LOW LEVELS. 

THE DR AND NURSE TOOK THE TIME TO BRING MY ATTENTION TO MY BLOOD WORK RESULTS. THEY ASKED ME TO START A SUPPLEMENTATION PROGRAM WHICH WOULD ENCOURAGE CELLS AND ALL MY BODY SYSTEMS TOWARD REGENERATING THEMSELVES MORE AS WELL AS TO SUPPORT MY HIGH INTENSITY WEIGHT TRAINING HABITS. THIS PROGRAM WAS THE FOUNDATION OF MY RECOVERY TO WHERE I AM TODAY .

IF YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN TO MINNESOTA, LET ME TELL YA, IT’S SERIOUSLY COLD. UP IN THAT NECK OF THE COUNTRY IT IS STINGINGLY COLD WITH A BIG C . BUT NOTHING STOPS AUNT SUE. SHE IS A WOMAN ON THE MOVE. A REAL GO GETTER. EVEN WITH THE COLD, CHILLING YOU TO THE BONE, AUNT SUE IS OUT SHOVELING SNOW. 

JUST FROM HER PHOTOS, YOU CAN TELL SHE PUTS HER HEART INTO EVERYTHING. THAT'S WHAT IT TAKES TO ACHIEVE GOALS AND SUCCEED IN ONE'S LIFE. AUNT SUE HAS BEEN HIRED TO EMPOWER OTHERS TO GET MOVING AND GET IN SHAPE.
