FOR YEARS, LIKE MANY BODYBUILDERS, GYM RATS AND MYSELF WERE SUSPICIOUS OF ANYTHING THAT WAS A SUPPLEMENT. IT WAS

THE HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS TOOK THE TIME TO BRING MY ATTENTION TO MY BLOOD WORK RESULTS. THEY ASKED ME TO START A SUPPLEMENTATION PROGRAM WHICH WOULD ENCOURAGE CELLS AND ALL MY BODY SYSTEMS TO REGENERATE THEMSELVES MORE.

Looking great Arden. Weighting training is clearly for women too.
A clean diet, good supplement program and resistance training will keep women's bones strong & healthy in the later years.
