I GREW UP TAKING FISH OIL- CALLED COD LIVER OIL IN THE OLD DAYS.WHEN I WAS A
KID IT WAS MANDATORY EVERY MORNING AFTER BREAKFAST.WE NEVER GOT COLDS.
TO THIS DAY I STILL CONSUME 1 TABLE SPOON TWICE A DAY.CARLSON LEMON ARE ORANGE FLAVORED.

Just started taking Cod liver oil. My love handles, I've had since college, started magically dissolving with in 3 weeks and I feel great! I have so much energy now I find myself doing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Thai Kick Boxing classes just for the fun of it. And my brain activity is off the hook, I've been writing songs really easy now. Best stuff out there!
