Robby, this is a great little piece here. The sweetest things in my diet are carrots, sweet potatoes, peas, and fruit. I think it's important for people to recognize that once you eat a clean diet for long enough, one's cravings for deserts/sweets diminishes almost entirely.
I actually consider fruit to be a treat in my diet, because it is so sweet. I only tend to have it when I'm done working out or right before. For me, fruit is more of a dessert/treat with added vitamins/antioxidants.

Eating junk makes you crave it more, and eating clean whole foods leaves you so satisfied and nourished that all you want are more clean whole foods.

Hey RR. Sorry for my bad english. I hear that sergio drink 2 liter of cola and bunches of hot dogs everyday... that's what his favorite meal. I don't get how he get so big by eating so many hot dogs and cola makes no sense.
