I AM ALWAYS HYPING MYSELF INTO MAKING IMPROVEMENTS IN MY TRAINING AND BUSINESS PRODUCTIONS - WWW.ROBBYROBINSON.NET, THE FORUM, BLOG AND BODY & ART. IN THE GYM MY FOCUS IS ON ACHIEVING THE NEXT 5% TO 10% GAIN IN ALL MY EXERCISES, AND A TAD MORE ON EACH OF MY MUSCLE GIRTHS -THESE ARE MEDIUM-TERM GOALS. 

IF YOU APPLY YOURSELF TO THIS APPROACH, AND KEEP DOING IT REPEATEDLY FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS, YOU’LL DEVELOP BIGGER MUSCLES. YOUR IMMEDIATE SHORT-TERM TARGET SHOULD BE TO MAKE GOALS. THE NEXT SMALL STEP TOWARDS YOUR NEXT SET OF MEDIUM-TERM GOALS AS MUCH AS IS PRACTICALLY POSSIBLE. 

COMMAND EVERY ASPECT OF YOUR LIFE TO CREATING THE CONDITIONS NEEDED TO ADD IRON TO EACH EXERCISE EVERY WEEK OR TWO, BE THAT INCREMENT A POUND OR TWO (FOR BIG EXERCISES), OR JUST A FEW OUNCES (FOR SMALL EXERCISES).

POUNDAGE PROGRESSION IN CORRECT EXERCISE TECHNIQUE FOR SETS OF AT LEAST SIX REPS IS WHAT BODYBUILDING IS ALL ABOUT.

NEVER LOSE SIGHT OF THE IMPORTANCE OF PROGRESSIVE POUNDAGE. ORGANIZE YOUR TRAINING PROGRAM WITH FREQUENCY, NUTRITION, SLEEP AND REST HABITS SO THAT YOU MAKE PROGRESSIVE MUSCLE GAINS A REALITY.

DR-C ,FJ- WHEN I GO INTO THE GYM, I CAN SEE EVERY THREAD OF THE MUSCLE FIBER. EACH SET OF EVERY REPETITION, CONTRACTION AND NEGATIVE GETS MY FULL ATTENTION.I BECOME WHAT I THINK AND SEE IN MY MIND.I'M THE MASTER OF MY PROGRESS. YOU HAVE DO WHAT LOSER DON'T WANT TO DO.

NHR- WE ARE CLOSING THE BOOK ON MY AUTOBIOGRAPHY ON LINE FOR E-BOOK READING.NEXT IN LINE IS THE MASTER PLAN WHICH COVERS MY EATING, TRAINING NATURAL VITAMIN & HERBAL ANABOLIC SUPPLEMENTS. YOU CAN BUILD MUSCLE WITHOUT CHEMICALS. YOU JUST HAVE TO HAVE ALL THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE DIFFERENT ASPECTS OF THE GAME.I HAVE A LUST FOR PROGRESS.I LOVE TRAINING AGE AIN'T GOT NOTHING TO DO WITH BUILDING MUSCLE.
