DR-C ,FJ- WHEN I GO INTO THE GYM, I CAN SEE EVERY THREAD OF THE MUSCLE FIBER. EACH SET OF EVERY REPETITION, CONTRACTION AND NEGATIVE GETS MY FULL ATTENTION.I BECOME WHAT I THINK AND SEE IN MY MIND.I'M THE MASTER OF MY PROGRESS. YOU HAVE DO WHAT LOSER DON'T WANT TO DO.

YOU CAN BUILD MUSCLE WITHOUT CHEMICALS. YOU JUST HAVE TO HAVE ALL THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE DIFFERENT ASPECTS OF THE GAME.I HAVE A LUST FOR PROGRESS.I LOVE TRAINING AGE AIN'T GOT NOTHING TO DO WITH BUILDING MUSCLE.

Awesome advice, sometimes without thinking we bring mental mindset things to the gym without knowing it, your comments are a reminder to focus on the goal and shut out the noise. If I was into tattoos I would have this front and center to remind me.. Thank you.
