This is my favorite post yet, I think. It is very bothersome to me how often I get approached in the gym by these two questions "Dude, what supplements are you on?" and "Dude, what is your workout routine?" I almost always reply with something like this- "Dude. You are asking the wrong question(s). 80% of this body was built in the kitchen. You can only out-train a bad diet for so long before it catches up to you. Get on point with your diet, eating clean, muscle building food every three hours or so while you are awake. Eat until satisfied, but never stuffed. Give it a week of this consistency, and then see for yourself whether you care about what supplements I take or what my workout routine is."

I may eat a plain, boring diet to some because i do not include sugar or excess oils, or the like. However, I love my food and look forward to each one of my meals. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, and it is almost always organic 0.5C steel cut oats with cinnamon, organic free range eggs/egg whites, homemade almond butter, and fresh organic berries. I follow that up with 1tsp of flaxseed oil, or I'll mix 1Tbsp of ground flaxseeds into my oatmeal. I call it my Black Prince Breakfast Special. i think I'll have to upgrade it though by adding in some fresh bread and some Yerba Mate. Thank you so much for giving us a further glimpse into your diet, Robby. SOOOO helpful, motivating, and inspiring!

I have to say the Yerba Mate tea has been a revelation for me! I have dropped regular coffee for this tea and the change in how I feel is amazing! I will never use coffee again. I just feel energized with the Yerba Mate tea! Its great stuff. Thanks Robby for putting me onto the tea!
