PAN FRIED ORGANIC LAMB CHOPS, SAUTEED STEAM SHITAKE MUSHROOMS, SPIKE, 1/4 SCOOP OF SEA SALT - SAUTEED - 1 GARLIC CUBE, BROCCOLI, ASPARAGUS, SPINACH, RED PEPPERS.

AT 65 THE BEST WAYS TO LOWER YOUR TRIGLYCERIDES IS TO REDUCE YOUR INTAKE OF REFINED CARBOHYDRATES SUCH AS CRACKERS, COOKIES, BREAD, PASTA AND WHITE RICE. ADD FISH AND FLAX SEED OIL TO YOUR REGIME. ONE TO TWO GRAMS SHOULD HELP LOWER TRIGLYCERIDES AND RAISE YOUR HDL CHOLESTEROL. B-RIGHT WITH NIACIN CAN ALSO RAISES GOOD HDL LEVELS.

JEREMY,ANONYMOUS-WE ARE WORKING ON THE COOK BOOK. FOOD IS SUPPOSE TO TASTE DELICIOUS. THIS STARTED BACK IN THE OLD DAYS FOR ME. PLAIN, TASTELESS EATING IS NOT THE KEY TO ONES BODYBUILDING SUCCESS. I HEAR THE GUYS AT GOLD GRUMBLING ABOUT THE MEALS AT THE FIRE HOUSE. I LOVE GETTING READY TO COMPETE. ONE REASON IS I LOVE TO COOK MY OWN FOOD. ALL MEN SHOULD LEARN HOW TO COOK WITH TASTE. PREPARING GREAT MEALS IS THE KEY TO MY BODYBUILDING SUCCESS.

ive been following robby's portions and food choices. typically i eat every 2-3 hours with snacks of whole fruits. im also a big coffee drinker, i havent stopped, but i have decreased, also following a gallon of water a day, somtimes more, because i like to do cardio. energy levels have sky rocketed. levels stay the same through out the day.. the water was the key
