I sure hope this blog continues, have learned that an old dog (64)can learn new tricks. The Clean and Press has been a Godsend, love the feel and the growth. Also those 2 second pauses at top and bottom I now apply to almost every exercise and I have to say that biceps has benefitted from this as that bicep peak is growing and growing. Thank you Robby Robinson.
