BLOGREPORTS.THAT'S NOT THE PROS JOB . IF THEY DID SO. THEY, PROS WOULD LOSE THERE -COMPANY-SPONSORSHIPS . IT WAS THE SAME THING I WENT THROUGH BACKIN THE DAY, FOR ME SAYING I DID NOT USE WEIDER PRODUCTS. WHICH WAS THE TRUTH. I WAS SUSPENDED FOR TWO LIFE TIMES FROM THE IFBB. BUT WHO WAS I -- JUST ANOTHER BROKEN BODYBUILDER.

I'm confused, so don't use per work out powders or proteins or creatine so what do I use

Yes! Food is the base but!, Whey Protein works! Not matter what people said about it

Eat good food doesn't mean don't use creatine. Just don't replace meat or anything for a protein shake or whatever. :)
