FOR BIG MUSCLES DRINK PLENTY OF WATER

AFTER YEARS OF BANGING THE IRON, I HAVE NO DOUBT WATER CONSUMPTION HAS BEEN A HUGE PART OF MY SUCCESS AND ONE OF THE MAIN REASONS WHY MY PHYSIQUE "STILL LOOKS MODERN TODAY", AS ONE OF THE WRITERS STATED IN LAST MONTH’S ISSUE OF FLEX MAGAZINE.

FOR OPTIMUM PERFORMANCE THE MOST IMPORTANT COMPONENT IN YOUR IN YOUR MUSCLE TISSUE IS PLAN WATER.

THEIR PERFORMANCE AND RESISTANT TO INJURY IS ABSOLUTELY DEPENDENT ON THE QUALITY AND QUANTITY OF THE WATER YOU DRINK. A DEHYDRATED MUSCLE LOSES 10% CONTRACTILE POWER, STRENGTH AND FULLNESS. THIS PIECE IN MY ARSENAL HAS KEPT ME INJURY FREE.

IF YOUR NUTRITION IS IN PLACE, YOU’RE TRAINING HARD AND SUPPLEMENTING CORRECTLY, WATER WILL BE PULLED INTO THE MUSCLE JUST LIKE IT IS WITH STEROIDS, BUT YOUR BODY IS DOING IT.

PEACE, ROBBY

Robby, glad to see you're still logging on here. I get on once and awhile to draw inspiration from your posts. Thanks a lot.

Because of my love for bodybuilding and being physically fit, it’s an honor to do my BLOG ROBBY ROBINSON.NET. Growing up I was a very sickly kid. But watched JACK LALANE on our black/white got me moving. Weeks away from 63, I have not stop. Still striving to become more. You have to strive to be the best at what you are doing in your life. Finding someway to inspire that spirit into others is EMPOWERING.
Peace, ROBBY

Hi Robby,

In reading your reply to longhorn1rob, isn't it also inspiring that Jack LaLanne himself is still going strong? I am totally confident you are going the same route!

Sir, would sparkling water have any merit or benefit compared to plain water? And what is your opinion on Chrystal Light type drinks (supposedly zero cal)?

Right now, after reading your Master Plan, I am saving money to have phone consults with you. I can't wait!

Thank You Again,
