MY SECOND VISIT TO CALIFORNIA. I WAS TOTALLY FREAKED TO BE IN LA. MY FIRST TRIP WAS FOR THE '75 AAU MR. AMERICA IN WHICH I CAME IN 5TH PLACE AND WON THE MOST MUSCULAR MAN AWARD.
THE REASON I BRING UP THIS SECOND TRIP IS, IT WAS SUCH AN OPPORTUNITY TO TRAIN WITH THE LEGENDS, ESPECIALLY ED CORNEY.

VICKY, THE PROPER TECHNIQUE FOR SQUATS: THE BAR AND WEIGHT REST ON THE TRAPEZIUS, BAR IS KEPT OVER THE CENTER OF BASE, BACK IS ERECT. HEAD IS HELD UP, HIPS ARE UNDER THE BAR, THIGHS A SLIGHTLY LOWER THAN PARALLEL, WEIGHT IS EVENLY DISTRIBUTED ACROSS FOOT. THEN YOU WILL BUILD YOUR WHOLE BODY PLUS AWESOME QUADS. SQUATS ARE ''KING''
