Sound advice, I'm glad you posted this. Lately I seem to always be in a negative or hasty states when I eat; eating should be pleasurable. Thanks for the illumination, Robby.

Thanks for your comments. I love eating healthy food. It inspires me. And I feel it’s very important to inspire others to consume healthy nutritious food. Your body is your temple - honor it. Making positive changes has always allowed me to achieve my set goals. Be patient with yourself when you go through low periods, but also confronting yourself builds mental and emotional muscle.
