BUILDING MUSCLE AND BURNING FAT WITHOUT THE USE OF ANABOLIC HAS BEEN THE KEY TO MY LONGEVITY.

DURING MY FIRST 16 YEARS OF TRAINING, THERE WAS NO STEROID USE. HARD WORK AND GREAT HOME-COOKED MEALS STRAIGHT OUT OF MY MOM’S KITCHEN WERE MY TOOLS. THEY ALLOWED ME TO BUILD A FOUNDATION OF 205 LBS OF NATURAL MUSCLE. MY FIRST ENCOUNTER WITH STEROIDS WAS AT AGE 29 - 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE 1975 MR. WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP - IN WHICH I WON ALONG WITH ALL THE BODY PART AWARDS. ANABOLIC STEROID PRIMOBOLAN DEPOT WAS THE DRUG OF CHOICE IN THOSE DAYS.

THE FIRST THING YOUNG TRAINEES HAVE TO UNDERSTAND IS THAT I HAD ALREADY DEVELOPED A FOUNDATION OF SOLID MUSCLE ON TOP OF GREAT GENETICS AND NEVER PUT ON MORE THAN 20 LBS.

THROUGHOUT MY CAREER, TO BUILD ONTO MY FOUNDATION, I CONTINUED USING THE PRACTICE OF DEVELOPING MUSCLE WITH ONLY HARD WORK, NUTRITION AND SUPPLEMENTATION AND LIMITING STEROIDS USE TO 8 WEEKS OUT FROM A COMPETITION. THAT IS WHY MY PHYSIQUE STILL LOOKS MODERN TODAY AND I WEIGH MY ORIGINAL FIGHTING WEIGHT - 205 LBS.

STEROIDS ARE ONLY TO SHOWCASE A PHYSIQUE,
THEY DON'T BUILD MUSCLE.

IN A PERFECT BODYBUILDING WORLD, THEY SHOULDN'T EVEN EXIST. BECAUSE OF THEM, TRAINERS AND TRAINEES DON'T HAVE A CLUE HOW TO NATURALLY MANIPULATE THEIR BODY SYSTEMS INTO AN ANABOLIC STATE USING TRAINING, NUTRITION AND A ROTATION OF DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS.
THAT'S BODYBUILDING!

PEACE, ROBBY

I deleted the first post, because I had a funny type-o. Thanks again Robby for sharing your honest opinion and this time, on the use of steroids. You are very correct that premature use prevents many people from realizing their potential and establishing a mind-muscle connection. At 18, I just left high school, and sadly, steroid use is rampant in the young folk. Thanks for being an example for so many people.
