From Friday evening until closing time on Sunday evening everyone came from all over the city to eat her food from our juke joint.

Being born with the inherited blood disorder THALASSEMIA can be debilitating. Thalassemia for which there is no cure enlarges your spleen, creates a failure to thrive, accumulates iron in the tissue and respiratory difficulty, and retards growth and development. 

I attribute these 4 simple BEHAVIORS to my continued health:
  1. remaining physically active for 61 years, 
  2. not smoking 
  3. not drinking and 
  4. consuming fruits and veggies. 
These changes are not too big to make.

IT DEFINITELY PROVED AN ASSET THAT BOTH MEN STARTED THEIR 8 WEEK MISSION IN SUPERB CARDIO SHAPE


CHAD HAD ALL THE PARTS IN PLACE FROM HIS EATING PLAN AND HIS REST TO HIS WILLINGNESS TO LEARN AND FOCUS. DIDN’T COMPLAINED WHEN WE RAN THE 196 STAIRS IN SANTA MONICA - TWICE UP AND DOWN.


THERE IS NO PAIN LIKE THESE 15 MINUTES OF AEROBICS ACTIVITY. THE CHALLENGE LEFT HIM PUMPED GOING INTO HIS SHOW.
