INSTEAD OF GOING COLD TURKEY, MAKE SMALL CHANGES, GET USED TO THEM, THEN MAKE MORE CHANGES. HEED TO A SLOW WEIGHT LOSS FOR THE MUSCLE BUILDING PROCESS TO TAKE OVER.

Awesome guns!! It looks like a baseball is under the skin of your bicep. I have both the Built and the Master Class DVDs, and I love them. I have reviewed each mutliple times for both motivation and learning the fine points of various exercise movements. Each time I watch them, I pick up something more.
