THERE SHOULD NOT BE A NEGATIVE VIEW OR AN ATTITUDE ABOUT YOURSELF AS YOU AGE. FOR REAL- I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO THE CHALLENGE ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE IS SO MUCH I CAN DO TO CONTROL THE SITUATION. KEEP A CONSISTENT ORGANIZED SUPPLEMENTATION PROGRAM INCLUDING INTENSE WORKOUTS 3 TO 4 TIMES A WEEK, 15 MINUTE SESSIONS ON THE TREADMILL 1- MINUTE FLAT - 1-MINUTE AT LEVEL 15-THE SHEER-EFFORT WILL UNLOCK YOUR POTENTIAL TO SLOWING DOWN THE AGE PROCESS. IT TAKES A CERTAIN LEVEL OF MENTAL COMPULSION TO ACHIEVE GOALS.

I HAVE SPOKEN WITH FRIENDS FROM MY HIGH SCHOOL DAYS.THEY ALL SAY HOW BAD THEY FEEL NOW THAT THEY ARE GROWING OLDER. A NEGATIVE VIEW OF AGING SPEEDS THE PROCESS UP. WE SHOULD BE GUARDING OUR ENERGY.INSPIRING OUR SENIOR FRIENDS TO MAKE A GREATER EFFORT.
