WHEN I LOOK AT MY OWN PHYSIQUE I'M GLAD I STUCK WITH WEIGHT TRAINING. BECAUSE AS THE YEARS HAVE GONE BY, I REALIZED THE POWER AND IMPORTANT ROLE NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS AND EATING HEALTHY MEALS HAVE PLAYED IN ENABLING THE OLD GYM RAT THE POWER, MUSCULARITY AND STRENGTH OF SOMEONE 40 YEARS YOUNGER. 

LOOKING BACK ON ALL THOSE YEARS AND HRS I SPENT IN MY CLOSET ON 727 WALES STREET FLEXING AND LIFTING IRON IN FRONT OF THOSE 2 MIRRORS, I STILL SEE THAT RR IN MY MIND - YOUTHFUL AND EAGER TO GET BETTERTHOSE IMAGES STILL EMPOWER ME TO THIS DAY AT 65.

You are proof that healthy lifestyle and lifting weights and exercise keep the body young and muscular.
Just read a article of Big Lou in Muscular Development. He too is darn good shape and has maintained a healthy lifestyle. Robby you are a inspiration to keep pushing and never give up. Thanks for having such a great website and sharing your life with us.
