I want to know the opinion of Robby & other commentators on ozonated water.

I bought a small device for $50.

The claims about ozonated water are impressive,but are there any real benefits indeed..?

This is one of the most astute subjects Robby has placed on this blog. everyone needs to increase their water intake to flush their kidneys, particularly with high protein intakes.
Harrysmatical, even though I used Ozone lamps in my lab to control bacteria, I think it would be negligible in your application.

In theory,if u drink ozonated water,you supply your organism with ozone.

Do u think that it can be helpful in overall health & fitness or in any particular manner..?

Ray Kurzweil,.the " Einstein of biology",supports drinking ozonated water...

Much of the concern related to ozone therapy revolves around the safety of blood ozonation. It is well established that when inhaled by mammals, ozone reacts with compounds in tissues lining the lungs and triggers a cascade of pathological effects. Saul Green has argued that since ozone has the capacity to oxidize organic compounds in an atmospheric environment, it should also logically oxidize blood components and endogenous human tissues.[14] When infused into human blood, ozone produces reactive oxygen species (ROS) or free radicals,[15] an over-abundance of which is known to cause oxidative stress and cell damage, and is implicated in the progression of some degenerative diseases. High levels of inhaled ozone is known to be toxic, though single-dose inhalation of lower levels is notSerious complications reported from the use of this therapy include the development of hepatitis and also include five reported fatalities.

I checked the internet about ozonated water...

All agree on the usefulness of ozone for decontaminating water in swimming pools.

However,opinions are sharply divided on drinking ozonated water.

Some say it is helpful,some others suggest it may haver negative effects...

Therefore,we will use ozone only in our swimming pools...

Now that Robby wil make ...megabucks from " Kings of Iron ",he can buy a home in a gated community in Homestead.,Miami...

Let's make a BB/fitness colony there.
Prices for SFH from ...$150K pre-owned,a joke,compared to LA prices...

BTW,does Robby know a BB ,age 77, Jim Morris..?
I saw photos of him on an article on MSN.

OK,I checked around...

The last photo Morris circulates is from him at 71,so I guess he deteriorated now at 77.

So,I was right...

It seems that Robby is the fittest Masters BB today.....

Thanks for the information, I am a beginner that is starting to look to start body building. I have come across a lot of conflicting information while doing internet research on the nutritional aspects of the sport. I know protein is a must and that creatine is a great supplement, but what is the role of nitric oxide in bodybuilding?

Thanks for a nice information but from my point of view a body building program is something you need to do over time by undertaking workouts such as bodybuilding, regular pushing, cross-training and so on. These workouts work your muscles so that they become more powerful and larger.
