I LOVE TO DO DEAD-LIFTS, T-ROWS, BARBELL ROWS TO FINISH THE BACK OFF!

I DO SO AFTER ALL THE SMALL BACK EXERCISES.
LOVE THE CHALLENGE!
  • - WARM UP PROPERLY
  • - TRAIN EXPLOSIVELY
  • - WORK ON TECHNIQUE

DEAD-LIFT TECHNIQUE:
✔ ABS FLAT
✔ BACK FLEXED AND TIGHT
✔ BAR CLOSE TO THE BODY
✔ ARMS STRAIGHT

THIS EXRCISE WILL PUT SLABS OF MUSCLE ON YOUR BODY FROM HEAD TO TOE - MUSCLE:
GRIPS, HAMS, GLUTES INTER-BACK.

DEADLIFTS CAN BE PERFORMED BY ANYBODY AND ARE SAFE FOR EVERYBODY; HOWEVER, ONLY ON THE CONDITION THAT ONE HAS GOOD FORM, ONE IS FLEXIBLE ENOUGH TO PERFORM THIS GREAT "HIP EXTENSION" EXERCISE PROPERLY TO WORK THE UPPER BACK, TRAPEZIUS AND LOWER BACK.

IF ONE DOES NOT HAVE GOOD EXERCISE FORM, IT IS BECAUSE ONE'S ACTIVITIES CAUSE DISPOSITIONS THAT PRODUCE POOR POSTURAL HABITS, A FORWARD HEAD/ NECK WITH A ROUNDED BACK OR BAD HABITS IN GENERAL.

DEAD LIFT MAKES YOU BIGGER, STRONGER, FASTER:

TAKE IT TO THE MUSCLE!

HEAVY WEIGHT FORCES IT TO GROW.

I LOVE, I HAVE DONE THINGS IN MY LIFE...

BEING STRONG AND HEALTHY IS ONE, I AM VERY PROUD OF IN MY LIFETIME.
PEACE, ROBBY

I think deadlifts should be included in every back routine, however, it is rarely used by bodybuilders for fear of injury. Pat Obrien who was a record holder in the deadlift (power lifter) had incredible back development that any bodybuilder would drool over. Robby is one of the few bodybuilders I know that have incorporated this movement into their back routine.
