  3. OVER-TRAINING.
  4. FATIGUE SEEKING - DON’T TRAIN UNTIL YOU ARE SORE
  5. EXCESSIVE FOCUS ON LOAD INSTEAD OF FORM.
  6. TOO MUCH FOCUS ON STRENGTH.
  7. INSUFFICIENT VARIETY WITH ROUTINES, EXERCISES AND QUALITY FOODS.
  8. LACK OF CONSISTENCY IN LIFESTYLE.
  9. POOR UNDERSTANDING OF THE BODY’S MECHANICS.
  10. TOO MANY CARDIO SESSIONS.

It's not how much you can do, it is how much you can recover from. Technique-Safety-Strength are different sides of the same coin.
