No doubt, exercise is the best Rx! Based on the pic in Feb Flex issue, you look competition ready! Do you still work out 6 days/week? Or has it been another cycle, such as 3 on/1 off?

KEVIN, YES I STILL WORKOUT 3 DAYS ON ONE DAY OFF THAT HAS BEEN MY REGIME FOR OVER 40 YEARS.
