MY FIRST THOUGHT WOULD BE TO EAT A BALANCE DIET, USING FLAX SEED OIL AFTER MEALS. THIS GIVES THE BODY A DEEPER LEVEL OF ENERGY. I EAT FRUIT AS AN IN BETWEEN MEAL SNACK. SET A CUT OFF TIME WHEN IT COMES TO LATE NIGHT EATING. GLUTAMINE HAS BEEN USED BY ALCOHOLICS TRYING TO BREAK THE HABIT AND SUGAR CRAVINGS FROM THE ALCOHOL. TAKE IT ON AN EMPTY STOMACH FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AND BEFORE BED. GLUTAMINE ALSO HELPS RETAIN MUSCLE TISSUE.

my belief there should be a healthy meal eaten every 2/3 hours.this alone will eliminate insulin pike

PROTEIN DRINKS SHOULD BE CONSUMED JUST BEFORE AEROBICS SESSIONS . IN MY WORLD. A BAR YOU ARE IN A EMERGENCY, AND CAN'T GET TO YOUR REGULAR MEAL.

BREAKFAST IS KING- MANDATORY MY NEXT 6 MEALS BUILD MY PHYSIQUE. A SMALL DINNER 5 OZS SALAD 5 EGG WHITE. BUY MY DVD BUILT,AND MY BOOK I GIVE YOU FULL DETAIL OF ALL MEALS EATEN AND MORE.
