Just a quick question: Maybe you've made a mistake by saying "55", as if I multiply my 220lb out of 55 it equals quite a decent amount of water I should drink a day lol..?

What I have learned is that if I am thirsty, I am already dehydrated. I try to drink water consistently throughout the day, so I never get thirsty. Nothing gets the toxins out of the body like H2O.

Water "Rocks" and guess what the BEST part is??? It's FREE!

As I look around I see people all over drinking designer water, the bottled water industry is probably in the millions? billions?

I've seen people pass up a faucet even when they're thirsty because they don't think it's sanitary. Hah, tell that to someone stranded in the desert, or lost at sea. I bet that tap water would taste like liquid gold.

I remember the days as a kid drinking out of a hose (once you let it run a bit to get the snails out...LOL)

I'm not saying to seek out a mucky pond to drink out of, but if you're thirsty I think a water faucet can be your friend.

What do you all think? RR? Dr Stan? Dr C?

I CONSUME 20 OZ OF WATER - 6 TO 7 TIMES A DAY. WITHOUT WATER YOU CAN'T EXPECT TO RETAIN MUSCLE SIZE.
WATER IS THE ELECTRICAL CURRENT BEHIND MUSCLE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT
AND AVOIDING OVER-TRAINING.

ANONYMOUS - 121.OZ OF WATER IS WHAT YOU SHOULD DRINK IN A DAY.(220 X.55= 121.0Z.I USE THE VOSS GLASS WATER BOTTLE AS MY MEASURING STICK.
