FJ,DR-C- MY GOAL FOR THE IRON-MAN HVY TRAINING SHOOT, COME THE MIDDLE OF MARCH. THE MOVIE'S 475LB. SQUAT FELT HEAVY FOR A DOUBLE,SO OVER 500 SHOULD BE EASY. THE 26 PLATES ON THE LEG PRESS WAS CHILD PLAY- 1,250 LB. COULD HAVE COMPLETED 15 EASY

MY GOALS FOR THE IRON-MAN HVY TRAINING SHOOT COME THE MIDDLE OF MARCH
SQUAT 550 X 5 REPS
DEAD 550-600 X 2 REST PAUSE
LEG PRESS 1400-1500 LBS FOR 10-15 REPS.
BENCH 325 X 3 REPS

COME DEC 10, 2011-AT THE MASTERS IN MIAMI. I WILL BE BIG, RIPPED,AND MUSCULAR COME SHOW-TIME. MY STRENGTH KEEPS GOING UP, UP, UP.
