POSING is the secret to a hard, dense, more separated muscular PHYSIQUE with definition. We are talking that "FREAKY" KIND OF PHYSIQUE, YOU CAN ONLY ACHIEVE that by spending time in the posing room and treating the session with the same intensity you should be putting into your workout and doing it 3 days a week.
You can do the work alone like I did, but some will benefit more by having a coach to guide and push you. I have found the first couple of sessions allows the coach and the trainee to develop a comfortable energy with the work that has to be done by both parties.
CC’s GOAL IS TO BE IN THAT FIRST CALL OUT. Your mindset should shift into warrior mode the minute you walk into your gym. That’s the same way I feel about the posing room.
You have to be ready to work.
IT’S BALLS TO THE WALL OR DON’T GO INTO THE ROOM.
