What's your point of view regards the absorbtion of creatine in cold fluid?? Will brinks (tests/demo)suggests it would be much better in warm water/fluid??

ANONYMOUS---I MAKE TWO SLUSH WITH 4 0Z OF APPLE JUICE .PLACE IN FREEZER OVER NIGHT. THE SLUSH CONSIST OF 10 GRMS OF CREATINE
10 GRMS OF GLUTAMINE
2-CAPS -CHROMIUM. ON LEG, AND BACK DAY. I SIP THE SLUSH THROUGHOUT MY WORKOUTS. I ALSO DRINK THIS SLUSH BEFORE MY 15/20 MUNTES OF AEROBICS. 3 DAYS A WEEK. I DRINK THE SLUSH CHILLED DOWN TO COOL.

WHEN i WORKOUT MY BODY TEMPERATURE IS ALREADY UP. SO I DRINK IT COOL OR CHILLED BECAUSE I DO NOT NEED A WARM DRINK AS I WORK OUT. THE BODY THRIVES OF COOL WHEN YOU ARE WORKING OUT. IT DOES NOT NEED A WARM PROTEIN DRINK OR ANY OTHER WARM DRINK, IT NEEDS TO BE COOLED DOWN.
