WITH DARK CHICKEN CHUNKS
OVER STEAMED JASMINE RICE

Sautee CHUNKS of boneless chicken thighs in 1 tbs OLIVE OIL - adding SPIKE and a sliced GARLIC clove. After a couple of minutes add your choice of 1 or 2 GREEN VEGGIES - such as ASPARAGUS and GREEN BEANS - then sliced YELLOW SQUASH, and an organic TOMATO.
I like the squash on the smaller size and all my vegetables fresh. Every few minutes I add a couple of tabs. of water to the sautee to add moisture.
